Biographical / Historical
Alta L.G. Wallingford (nee Hilliard) was born on February 17, 1810 in Berwick, Maine. She married Zimri Wallingford in 1840. The couple had three children. Alta Wallingford was the Corresponding Secretary of the Great Falls Female Anti-Slavery Society in the 1860s.
