Biographical/Historical Note
Novelist and journalist Elizabeth Miles grew up in Chappaqua, New York. She graduated from Boston University in 2004, and currently works as a journalist for the alternative newsweekly The Portland Phoenix. She has been honored by the New England Press Association and the Association of Alternative Newsweeklies. Elizabeth is a former trustee of the Portland Players, a community theater. She is the author of the young adult novels Fury (2011) and Envy (2012).
